Fireproofing                                                                    

In 1991, M.L. McDonald added Fireproofing as another division to our company. Our Fireproofing division specializes in many types of applications. We offer sprayed on cementitious fireproofing, sprayed on acoustical insulation as well as all types of intumescent coatings.

We also specialize in providing a flat day rate for patching. This makes it convenient for owners and contractors to set a budget on work that arises from damages or removal of existing fireproofing caused by normal construction.

Some of our most recent jobs include the new Woburn High School, Northpoint Parcels S&T, WGBH in Brighton, as well as the Harborview Point Housing, and the Marriott Rennaisance Hotel.

Our commitment remains the same as we continue to provide a service to our customers that is on schedule whether it is patching existing areas or fireproofing a 20-story new building.
