  • Job Title: Warehouse Delivery Driver & Manager

    Location: Watertown, MA 02472

    Employment Type: Full time

    Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience, with opportunity for overtime

    Postition Overview:

    We are looking for a dependable and hard-working warehouse delivery driver / manager to join our team. This role combines warehouse management and delivery operations, ensuring materials are safely handled, organized, and transported to job sites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and committed to safety and efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload materials and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools.

    • Transportation: Operate straight trucks and curtain side vehicles to complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner.

    • Safety & Security: Follow company safety procedures, maintain safe driving and warehouse practices, and ensure all materials and equipment are secured during handling and transport.

    • Route Management: Plan, manage, and execute delivery routes efficiently while maintaining clear communication with the team.

    • Inventory Management: Organize, track, and maintain warehouse materials to ensure accuracy and availability for deliveries.

    • Warehouse Operation: Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and workflow to support overall company operations.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years’ experience operating straight truck and curtain side vehicles

    • Valid U.S. driver’s license

    • CDL certification (preferred)

    • Current DOT medical exam

    • Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. unassisted

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Hardworking and reliable work ethic

    • Non-union position

    Schedule & Hours:

    • Full time, Monday-Friday

    • This position involves early morning hours to meet project timelines

    • Overtime opportunities available based on workload

  • Job Title: Assistant Project Coordinator - Estimating & Quantity Surveying

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Coordinator with an interest in construction estimating and quantity surveying to join our team. This role blends project coordination with technical estimating responsibilities, offering an excellent opportunity to grow in both disciplines

    Key Responsibilities

    • Accurately review and interpret architectural specifications and drawings

    • Assist with tracking and managing architectural bulletins, change orders, and project schedules

    • Support the submittal process for construction items related to the painting scope

    • Draft and prepare paint and wallcovering submittals

    • Communicate and coordinate with paint and wallcovering vendors

    • Use estimating software (e.g., STACK, On-Screen Takeoff; experience preferred but not required)

    • Work with Excel and other construction management tools to support estimating and coordination

    • Collaborate closely with the painting estimating group to support project bids and cost analysis

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Ability to read and interpret architectural specifications and drawings

    • Strong organizational and communication skills

    • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

    • Familiarity with estimating and take-off software a plus

    • Experience in construction-related fields or education in quantity surveying/estimating is beneficial
